The ARC Leadership Journey is a 12-month experience for a small cohort of 12–18 leaders who are ready to do the inner work that changes how they show up in the world. It is rigorous and tender, challenging and spacious. It draws on leadership development, somatic and embodiment practices, nature-based wisdom, systems thinking, and the transformative power of deep community. This is not another leadership training. It is a transformation.

Drawing on 15 years of teaching entrepreneurship through Silicon Couloir in Jackson, Wyoming — one of the most vibrant startup ecosystems outside a major city — this program brings together the rigor of real-world venture building with the inner leadership development at the heart of all ARC programs. Because here's what most startup programs miss: the venture is only as strong as the person leading it. Who you are as a founder — your clarity, your values, your ability to stay grounded under pressure — matters as much as your business model. ARC Startup Success addresses both.

Twice a year, a small group of women leaders gather to walk together through some of the most extraordinary landscapes on earth — the misty moors and sacred coastlines of the British Isles, the spine of the Andes, the roof of the world in the Himalayas. We walk not just to see these places, but to let them see us. To let the land ask the questions we've been too busy to sit with. To move our bodies through beauty and difficulty and space until something loosens that we didn't know was held. This is adventure. This is inner work. This is women, in wild places, becoming more fully themselves.

The guest house at Dragonfly Lane sleeps 6 to 12 and sits inside the same 28 acres that hold all of our programs — rivers, streams, woods, meadows, three mountain ranges keeping watch. When you book a custom stay, the farm is yours. No shared schedule. No other groups moving through the background. Just your people, this place, and however much structure you actually want.
