ARC Startup Success

A 3-Month Program for Founders & Innovators Ready to Build Something That Matters

Starting something is an act of courage.

Whether you're launching a company from scratch or building something new inside an existing organization, the path from idea to reality is rarely what you imagined — and almost never traveled alone. It asks everything of you: your creativity, your resilience, your capacity to lead through uncertainty, and your willingness to keep going when the map runs out.

ARC Startup Success was built for exactly that journey.

What It Is

Drawing on 15 years of teaching entrepreneurship through Silicon Couloir in Jackson, Wyoming — one of the most vibrant startup ecosystems outside a major city — this program brings together the rigor of real-world venture building with the inner leadership development at the heart of all ARC programs.

Because here's what most startup programs miss: the venture is only as strong as the person leading it. Who you are as a founder — your clarity, your values, your ability to stay grounded under pressure — matters as much as your business model.

ARC Startup Success addresses both.

The 3-Month Arc

Kickoff Weekend — In-person at Dragonfly Lane or a designated location. Meet your cohort, establish your foundation, and begin. Part business intensive, part inner leadership immersion.

Weekly Zoom Sessions — Facilitated learning, peer coaching, guest mentors, and accountability. Real support for the real challenges of building something new.

Finale Presentation Weekend — In-person. Present your progress, celebrate what's been built, and step forward with a community behind you.

What You'll Develop

A viable, pressure-tested concept or venture with the financial frameworks of success behind it. The leadership presence to attract talent, funding, and partners. Clarity on your values and vision. Resilience for the inevitable hard moments. And a cohort of fellow founders and innovators who know exactly what you're going through — because they're in it too.

Who It's For

  • Early-stage founders moving from idea to launch
  • Intrapreneurs building something new inside an existing organization
  • Anyone with the courage to create something that didn't exist before

"Sandy helped us find alignment from day 1 of starting a new career/life path. She taught us to see with clarity, grounding when so much was new and a bit overwhelming. The energy she brings is contagious, as is her ability to make the cloudy skies clear."
