The ARC 12-Month Leadership Journey

The ARC 12-Month Leadership Journey

A 12-Month Transformational Program in Aliveness, Resilience & Connection (ARC)

You didn't get here by accident. Years of decisions, relationships, sacrifice, and hard-won wisdom brought you to this moment.

And yet — something is asking more of you now. Not more performance. More presence. More courage to lead from your values in a world that is testing them. More of the leader you always sensed you could be if you ever had the space to do so.

This is that space.

What It Is

The ARC Leadership Journey is a 12-month experience for a small cohort of 12–18 leaders who are ready to do the inner work that changes how they show up in the world. It is rigorous and tender, challenging and spacious. It draws on leadership development, somatic and embodiment practices, nature-based wisdom, systems thinking, and the transformative power of deep community.

This is not another leadership training. It is a transformation.

The 12-Month Arc

The journey begins and ends at Dragonfly Lane — two in-person immersions that bookend the year and hold the container for real change. Monthly Zoom sessions in between sustain the work, deepen the relationships, and support ongoing integration.

  • Month 1 — Opening Immersion at Dragonfly Lane. Arriving, opening, and beginning.
  • Months 2–11 — Monthly Zoom Sessions. Deepening the work in community. Peer coaching, facilitated exploration, and integration.
  • Month 12 — Closing Immersion at Dragonfly Lane. Integration, emergence, and commitment to what's next.

What You'll Explore

Who you are as a leader beneath the titles and the track record. The old patterns and beliefs that have quietly shaped your decisions. Your relationship to power, purpose, and belonging. What it means to lead with integrity in a fractured world. And what becomes possible when a group of accomplished humans commit to growing — together, over a full year.

You Might Be Ready If:

  • You are a leader with experience and responsibility
  • You sense that the next chapter of your leadership requires a different kind of development
  • You want to be part of a community of peers doing serious inner work
  • You believe that who you are matters as much as what you do

Cohort size: 12–18 leaders. Applications accepted by inquiry.
