A 3-Day Introduction to Aliveness, Resilience & Connection (ARC)
There are moments when the life you've built and the life you feel called to live seem to exist in two different worlds.
This is the bridge.
The ARC Immersion is an intimate three-day experience designed for leaders who are ready to stop managing their lives from the outside and start inhabiting them from the inside. Set on 28 acres in the Teton Valley, surrounded by three mountain ranges and the unhurried rhythms of the natural world, this is a rare invitation to pause, go deeper, and remember who you are beneath the roles you carry.
This is not a retreat from your life. It's a return to it.
What You'll Experience
Over three days, you'll move through a carefully woven journey of reflection, somatic practices, nature immersion, and honest conversation — individually and in community with a small group of fellow leaders. There is time for stillness and time for discovery. Time to grieve what's been lost and time to feel what's becoming possible.
You will leave with more than insights. You'll leave with a felt sense of your own aliveness — and a clearer vision of what wants to emerge next.
You Might Be Ready If:
- You've achieved real success and sense there's something deeper available
- You feel a growing pull toward purpose, integrity, and meaning
- You're tired of performing and ready to simply be
- You want to lead differently — from wholeness, not just competence
Formats: In-Person — Dragonfly Lane, Victor, Idaho. Small groups of 6–10. Lodging, meals, and all experiences included. Virtual — A reimagined online version that brings the essence of the immersion to you, wherever you are.
The ARC Immersion is also the natural entry point into our 12-month ARC Leadership Journeys.
